About these terms
These terms govern use of the Kiese₃₄ website. The commerce journey covers product selection, basket, checkout, payment, order confirmation, delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds.
Checkout and payment have been technically verified in a controlled payment-test environment. Before Kiese enables live customer payments and public order acceptance, the sales information presented with checkout will be aligned to the live payment, delivery, cancellation, returns and refund configuration.

Purchasing status
The website is built around the complete commerce journey: product selection, basket, checkout, payment, order confirmation, delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds.
The checkout and payment journey has been verified in payment test mode. During that controlled test, a customer name and delivery address were entered, test card details were populated automatically, and test payment processing completed.
That test did not create a live customer charge or enable public commercial order acceptance. Live transactions are not yet enabled. Before they begin, Kiese will confirm delivery services and rates, returns and refund operation, inventory and tax handling, and customer notifications.
Until live purchasing is enabled, a displayed basket, price, stock indication or checkout control is not confirmation that Kiese has accepted a live order.

Product and ingredient information
We aim to keep product descriptions, sizes, uses, precautions and ingredient information clear. Screen settings, photography and natural material variation can affect how colour or texture appears.
Kiese products are cosmetic products, not medicines. Website content is general product information and is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for appropriate professional advice.
The full ingredient list and precautions shown on the relevant product page and supplied with the product are the controlling product information. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate advice where needed.

You may browse the site, use its ordinary interface and share links for personal, lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a scale that harms the service, or use its content to mislead others.

The Kiese name, product names, copy, visual system, photography, illustrations, formulation presentation and website design belong to Kiese or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, resell, commercially reuse or present Kiese content as your own without permission, except where the law allows.

The site may link to third-party services or websites. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by their operators.
A third-party link does not mean Kiese guarantees that service. Use payment only through the Kiese checkout when live purchasing is available.

We work to keep the site available and secure, but temporary interruption, maintenance, hosting faults or events outside our reasonable control can occur.
We may suspend or change a page where needed for security, accuracy, compliance or maintenance.

Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to those protections, Kiese is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful misuse of the website, failure to follow product instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The current website does not activate advertising pixels or Kiese first-party analytics.

Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory rights available to consumers in another UK jurisdiction are not removed.
We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially. Before live transactions begin, Kiese will publish sales terms aligned to the actual payment, delivery, cancellation, returns and refund configuration.
